New Zealand Music Artist and Tui award winner Sara-Jane continues to make waves in the music industry with her latest achievement as Beyonce on the hit TV series ‘Stars in Their Eyes’(3/6/2008). Sara-Jane captivated the hearts of her fans with the debut album “Sara-Jane” mixing Pacific Rhythms with R’n’B grooves giving her a nomination for Best Solo Artist at the New Zealand Juice Music Video Awards (2004) and claiming the award Best Pacific Female Artist at the Inaugural New Zealand Pacific Music Awards (2005) Her second solo album “Merry Christmas” also gained mainstream credit through her performance on the best News and Current Affairs show Sunday closing of the 2006 season.

A well known and respected musician throughout New Zealand and the Pacific, Sara-Jane sets the standard for Contemporary Pacific Female Artists. Her tours have seen her captivate audiences throughout America (début USA tour (11/05) New York, San Diego, Washington DC, Hawaii) Australia, Samoa (Teuila Festival), and Tahiti (Papaete Tahitian French Festival).

Not only is she a seasoned Popular Artist but also a proficient Jazz musician having performed at the Sydney International Jazz festival, and the most acclaimed Monterey Jazz Festival (USA), an invitation only international event. Recently she headlined the New Zealand Mission Bay Jazz festival, N. Z. (03/06).

As well as entertaining audiences, Sara-Jane, a law graduate is director of her own entertainment company (Sara-Jane Limited) specializing in legal consultancy, Jazz, R n B and Pacific music. She has also entered the television realm having presented youth programmes (Polyfest 2005, Smokefree, Pasifika Beats 2005) and most recently accomplished the position of Production Manager for the TVNZ current affairs shows Sunday, 20/20 and Fair Go.(2006)

As an entertainer, she defines quality and professionalism proven through numerous performances for recognised top government officials including the Prime Minister’s of New Zealand, Samoa and Tahiti. A highlight also includes performing for international Hollywood celebrity THE ROCK (Dwayne Johnson) (07/04).

As a director she is committed, goal orientated and focused extending her engagements to international projects such as Artistic Director (Niue, ‘Soul on the Rock’ Tourism program 06/05), Executive Producer (Urban Gospel Compilation V1. 12/05) and Project Management (“Big Bling”, Parachute Festival 06)
